Can I return an item?

Please refer to the return guidelines listed below to see if your purchase is eligible for return. We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers, please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return period begins on the date the item was delivered/collected. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Return Eligibility:

Items must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

All earrings must be in their original, unopened packaging.

All of the following items are not returnable:

Worn earrings.

Gift cards.

Can I exchange?

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for all eligible items. Please provide your order confirmation email or order number. All items must meet the return conditions above to be eligible for exchange.

Beautiful Earth Guarantee:

We guarantee all jewelry, meaning that we will replace it if it is damaged in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover loss, scratches from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of the product, or any modifications made to the product after purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
