How long does delivery take?
We know you want to receive your new Beautiful Earth jewelry as soon as possible (no joke!). We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35/£35/€35 to most countries, saving you unnecessary shipping costs. Plus, all orders come with trackable shipping, so you can always see exactly how your order is on the way!

We offer free shipping to most countries worldwide.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the following countries:

Can I modify my order?
We process orders very quickly to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. You are free to modify your order before clicking "Complete Order", but you may not be able to modify your order after clicking "Complete Order". However, please contact us here as soon as possible to see if you can modify your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us here and we will do our best to help you fulfill your request.
I entered the wrong address!
If your address is misspelled or auto-filled incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible here and provide your new address.
What if my package is delayed?
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times listed above. Most delays are caused by customs, which unfortunately we have no control over. But rest assured, we will make sure you receive your package :)
If your package is lost for any reason, we will send you a new one at no charge or refund you (whichever you choose) - just contact us here.
Will my items be shipped together?
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in exceptional cases, your order may be split into multiple packages. This is mainly due to different supply warehouse locations. In these cases, we will provide you with two or more tracking numbers. If you don't receive all your items at once, don't worry... they will get to you! :)
Do I need to pay customs duties?
In most cases, there are no customs duties. In rare cases, you may have to pay handling fees and taxes when your order passes through customs. Any charges for the package must be paid by the recipient (this also applies to retail and wholesale customers). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you exactly what they will be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country.
Can I return my item?
If you would like to return your jewelry, please email Support@AnnaMorales.shop to arrange a return. Our refund policy lasts for 30 days, so please let us know within 30 days of receiving your item if you wish to return it and we will refund you in full, worry-free.
My item arrived damaged!
First of all, we are so sorry! We ship all orders in bubble wrap and gift boxes to protect the jewelry. But in the rare case that your item does arrive damaged, please email us at Support@AnnaMorales.shop and we will immediately re-ship it to you free of charge.
